This is really good. The emotion is really coming through here, and I think the use of B&W was a good idea. This one looks very natural and goes with the idea of a "street shooter". The others look to "posey". She looks almost caught off guard, almost disturbed by the idea of you taking her photo, reluctant. This photo speaks volumes.
The shallow depth of field and use of B&W give emotion to the image, making the girl the only focus. It's hard to tell whether the girl was posing or suddenly looked up to see the camera on her. That adds a really interesting element to the photo.
