“To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.”
– Elliott Erwitt
It's inevitable to see this kind of scenario,Its almost everywhere.People like this draw so much attention like why they end up being a beggar,Where are their family, does no one care about their situation? It's pity to see people like this.
I agree with Charmaine. It's pitiful to see this kind of people on the streets asking for alms out of luck. But the above person sitting against the rock doesn't appear like a beggar to me. I have to disagree. Maybe, that person has tired hamstrings due to old age, and maybe he's just taking a rest. BTW, it's nice photo capture. I mean this really paints dramatic scenario of the society today and how people slowly retire due to old age.
people should always strive hard to live a meaningful life. if a person does not help himself and don't pick himself up then one's mindset will be just to depend on other people.
In his situation I can say that he is still lucky compared to those beggars in my country. this man has a nice cloths. In my country their cloth has a lot of holes at very dirty
this picture shows us how beautiful life we have and we have to feel happy with our common life. we always complain but there are worse people out there. if this photo made me feel like that,it means this photo is so natural and lively. i loved the shot.
This picture shows the two sides of life. On one hand, you can see the posh shops and on the other hand, a beggar who has nothing with him. The contrast of life has been shown beautifully.

ReplyDeletethis isn't a rare sight...Photographers from Romania are very bored of this because that's what you see everyday
ReplyDeletePoor guy, I hope things improve for him. Things can always get better.
ReplyDeleteAnother portrait of apathy. The streets of the world thrive of apathetic people.
ReplyDeleteInteresting contrast between life going on in the background and the man completely ignored in the foreground.
